EASTLAKE, Ohio - Feb. 27, 2003 - National Consulting and Development Corporation (NCD) has entered into a referral agreement with KeyBank that enables Key to offer NCD's services to its mid-market and large corporate clients. NCD's document conversion and repository services, called e-WIX, will be added to the existing suite of e-business solutions currently offered by Key.

The e-WIX solution allows organizations to convert paper files to electronic images at no cost, and then stores those files on NCD's secure servers. Users benefit by having instant access to this information via their computer, without the need to incur the additional expense of purchasing and supporting scanning hardware and software systems. It also further streamlines an organization's business processes by eliminating the time-consuming tasks of filing, photocopying, distributing and searching for hard-copy files.

Key's clients will join a host of existing e-WIX customers such as Parker Hannifin, Steris Corp., Lamson & Sessions, Erico, Riddell Corp., Fasteners for Retail and Mentor Lumber.
